1. Select Size & Purchase

2. Send Reference Photos
After purchase, please send a clear, well-lit photo or photos of the house, chapel, restaurant, building—ideally from your favorite angle. This will serve as the main reference for your painting.

3. Share Your Preferences
Let me know your artistic preferences, including:

• Whether you'd like the landscaping and sky to extend to the paper's edge or prefer more white space around the building.

• Any text or details you'd like included (such as a wedding date or family name), and where you'd like them placed. Please keep in mind this will be hand lettering.

4. Sketch Approval
I'll send you a pencil sketch for approval before painting begins. This is the best time to request any changes—since watercolor is a delicate medium, edits after this stage are very limited.

5. Painting & Completion
Once the sketch is approved, I'll begin painting using only artist-grade watercolor materials for vibrant, lasting color. Please note that changes cannot be made after painting begins.

6. Timeline
Typical turnaround time is 1–3 weeks from sketch approval.
Need it sooner? A rush option (+$75) is available for completion within one week of sketch approval.
