A few words that came to me one day that ended up inspiring this painting.

I love painting beauty, atmosphere....a feeling. I love to try and paint what feels like hope, joy, and freedom.
This painting comes with a prayer: that whoever it reaches, the Lord watches over them and keeps them safe. That this painting brings hope—that even though times may be hard, this too shall pass.
It will be okay.
